Kate Donoghue

Kate Donoghue is a figural and narrative painter from Michigan who works from personal snapshots and found advertising imagery. Her layered vignettes examine desire, objectification, and performative identity in American consumer culture. She earned her MFA in Painting from Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2025, and was a Fall 2025 resident at Popps Packing in Hamtramck.
