Kate Running

Kate Running is a fiber artist who uses knitting, crochet, and felting, and whose work is listed by LUX as installation and textiles. She learned to knit from her grandmother as a middle schooler in Fleetwood, PA. Her artist statement says she aims to blur the line between art and craft and to explore life's dualities. She has been featured in LUX Center for the Arts exhibitions, including an artist-in-residence show in Lincoln, NE, and currently lives and works in Minneapolis as a graphic designer and knitting instructor.
