Katherine Forrest

Katherine V. Forrest is a Canadian-born American author often called a founding mother of lesbian fiction. She has written seventeen books, according to Coachella Valley Weekly. Her debut, Curious Wine, appeared in 1983 and is widely regarded as a landmark of lesbian literature. She has lived in the Palm Springs area since 2010 and works with Bella Books.
