Katherine Hoerth

Katherine Hoerth is a poet who has published three poetry collections. Her book Goddess Wears Cowboy Boots won the Helen C. Smith Award for the best poetry book in Texas. She is a contributor to Orchards Poetry Journal. Since 2017 she has taught in the English faculty at Lamar University, where she is editor-in-chief of Lamar University Literary Press. She is a member of the Texas Institute of Letters and lives in Beaumont.
