Kent Neal

Kent Neal is a gay poet originally from Oregon who lives in Lyon, France. He writes in French and English. His poems often address romantic relationships, identity, homophobia, and immigrant experience. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Lesley University. He has published three poetry collections, including a bilingual haiku collection about the Oregon coast and a haiku collection about Lyon. He appeared in Bicoastal Review's Issue 9 with the poem 'First Flirt.'
