KLARA-MARIÉ DEN HEIJER

Klara-Marié den Heijer is an oil painter who works in the landscape tradition. She explores ideas of belonging, ownership and the relationship between people and land. In 2017 she was a resident at Residency 108 in New York State, where she made a body of work during an autumn month on the farm. Her first solo show, Gedagtes Van Stof, was presented at the Association for Visual Arts (AVA) in 2020.
