Kristy Woudstra

Kristy Woudstra is a Hamilton, Ontario-based quilter and maker who came to quilting in her mid-40s after a career as a journalist and magazine editor. Her modern, minimalist quilts use bold colour and geometric shapes. She was named with Evelyn Davis-Walker as a 2022 Terrain Exhibitions artist in residence, where the pair planned a stop-motion storytelling workshop for young people, using handmade creatures she makes.
