Kyoko Kagata

Kyoko Kagata is a Japanese artist born in Chiba who lives in Berlin and Yokohama. She trained at Joshibi College of Art and Design and worked as a graphic designer before becoming a freelance designer and artist in 2003. She has shown work in Tokyo, Yokohama, London and Seoul. In 2024 she was a resident at ZK/U Berlin, where she ran her project Opera Costume Design by Children.
