Lana Hechtman Ayers

Lana Hechtman Ayers is a poet with at least fourteen poetry collections, including Still Life with Sorrow & Joy (The Poetry Box, 2026). Her work often addresses grief, aging, nature, and beloved pets. She also works in editing, serving as managing editor of several poetry presses and series. Her poems appear in the Two Sylvias Press anthology Fire On Her Tongue, and she has led a Weekly Muse Zoom session for Two Sylvias Press. She is also a supporter of Two Sylvias Press, as listed on its Kickstarter appreciation page.
