Laura Richens

Laura Richens is a New Orleans-based artist who works mainly in relief prints, letterpress, and other works on paper, often in series that combine text and culminate in book forms. She is curator of the Carroll Gallery at Tulane University's Newcomb Art Department and an adjunct assistant professor there. She was listed as a resident at A Studio in the Woods in 2027, where she planned to study native and invasive plants as models for new book structures.
