Laura Skehan

Laura Skehan is an Irish artist who works with photography and research into landscape and community spaces. She took part in the SÍM Residency in Reykjavík in 2021, where she made the photograph 'What We've Seen' at Reynisfjara Beach. The SÍM pages list her in its October 2021 Open Studios and artist talk, which fits the 2021 residency tag. Her later work includes 'A Mumbled Moment', made in 2024 during a residency at ZK/U in Berlin. The page for that work describes her interest in urban community gardens and queer community. The listing sites show her work as photography.
