Lauri Linna

Lauri Linna is a Finnish artist who lives and works in Helsinki and Kuusamo. His earlier work dealt mainly with nature and biology, and in recent years he has turned to his Karelian heritage. At Serlachius Residency in 2026 he embroidered a tuulipaikka, a mourning cloth made in memory of ancestors. He holds a Master of Arts from Aalto University.
