Maggie Bjorklund

Maggie Bjorklund is a Pittsburgh-based visual artist who works mainly in oil paint. Her work has been shown in Chicago, Milwaukee, Pittsburgh, and Columbus, and was featured in Two Coats of Paint in 2025. She received a residency at Bunker Projects in 2024 and holds a BA from DePaul University. Her exhibition Glowing in That Waste at Bunker Projects considers decomposition and decay, drawing on her garden, the woods, and her home. The show's title comes from Cormac McCarthy's The Road.
