Marcelle Heath

Marcelle Heath is a writer based in Portland, Oregon, known for short fiction and flash. Her story collection Is That All There Is?, published by Awst Press, is a linked set of minimalist, genre-blending narratives. The book was a finalist for the 2020 Awst Press Book Award, the 2022 Big Other Book Award, and the 2024 Oregon Book Award. Her stories have appeared in Joyland, Kenyon Review, Little Fiction, and matchbook. She curates Apparel for Authors, an interview series about writing, clothing, and identity.
