Margret Hoppe

Margret Hoppe is a photographer who works with architecture and duplication. Her work examines the layers of time and space in buildings. She was a resident artist at the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation in 2024. Her 2025 solo show at the Gropius House in Dessau presented her twelve-part series Pair / Unpair, which uses colour film, double exposures and rotated camera angles.
