Marguerite Sutherland

Marguerite Sutherland, known as Margie, is a ceramic artist based in the East Kootenay region of British Columbia. Her largely functional work, often playful, draws on her background as a horticultural technician and on the rivers, mountains and forests around her. She works from a home studio and the Fernie Arts Station Pottery Studio, and she has been a past artist-in-residence at The Narrows.
