Mark Chesnut

Mark Chesnut is a New York City-based travel writer, editor, journalist and public speaker with more than 30 years in the travel industry. He won the 2019 NLGJA Excellence in Travel Writing Award. His memoir, Prepare for Departure, was published by Vine Leaves Press in 2022 and covers his relationship with his single mother as she nears the end of her life. He also writes branded content and consults for travel industry clients.
