Matti Palonen

Matti Palonen is a musician and visual artist who works as one half of the duo Honeypaw with Jurgita Žvinklytė. The duo makes Finno-Baltic neofolk that links Lithuanian and Finnish Kalevala traditions. He was an artist resident at Verpėjos Creative Pastures in May and June 2025. Their work includes the tree harp, an outdoor installation built into trees.
