Melanie Jayne Taylor

Melanie Jayne Taylor is a Melbourne-born, Barcelona-based artist whose practice uses photography to explore memory, loss and time. She works with text and installation, often drawing on her own personal photographic archive. In 2017 she was an artist in residence at the Arxiu Comarcal de l'Urgell in Tàrrega, where her project Interweaving Archives came out of research into the archive's photographs.
