Merridawn Duckler

Merridawn Duckler is a writer and visual artist from Oregon whose prose poems appear in MacQueen's Quinterly. Her prose poem "On Loneliness" was in Issue 23 (April 2024). It was also selected for Best Small Fictions 2025. She is the author of the chapbook Interstate, the poetry collection Idiom: The Oregon Poems, and Misspent Youth. A flash fiction collection, Arrangement, was listed as forthcoming from Southernmost Books in 2024. Her awards include the Beulah Rose poetry prize and the Elizabeth Sloane Tyler Memorial Award. She is an assistant editor at Narrative and sits on the editorial board of Evental Aesthetics.
