Michele Chu

Michele Chu (b. 1994) is a Hong Kong-based multidisciplinary artist whose work deals with intimacy, ritual, and the body. She works with materials such as cyanotype, salt, glass, and sound. Her practice responds to social change in post-handover Hong Kong. She had a joint exhibition with Dave Chow at 1a space in Hong Kong in late 2021 and a residency at the Delfina Foundation in London in 2023. Her debut solo show at PHD Group was 'you, trickling.' Her first institutional solo show in mainland China, 'gasp', was at MACA Art Center in 2026.
