MICHELLE EISTRUP

Michelle Eistrup is a Copenhagen-based visual artist whose work, shown in video, photography and sound, examines colonialism, identity, memory and healing. She founded and curated BAT (Bridging Art + Text), a platform for dialogue between artists, writers and curators. She was an Alice Yard artist in residence at documenta fifteen in 2022. She is also a PhD candidate at the University of Copenhagen with Funen Art Academy as host.
