Michelle Lisa Polissaint

Michelle Lisa Polissaint is a visual artist and arts organizer based in Miami who works with photography and textiles. Her practice centers on community-based activations that encourage collaboration between artists and community members. She was a resident at Elsewhere Museum in February–March 2019, where she created Dine nan Nwa. Her recent work includes the series Dancing With Myself and If Home Was Home, and an upcoming research performance project, Moonshine Moanin'.
