Miles Gracey

Miles Gracey (also credited as Miles Lawton Gracey) is a Hudson Valley, NY-based furniture maker, sculptor, and educator whose hand-carved, shell- and snail-inspired furniture draws on historical ornament. He earned an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2025 and has taught and held residencies at Haystack Mountain School of Crafts and other craft centers. He was named to Sight Unseen's 2025 American Design Hot List and is listed as a 2026 artist in residence at Wendell Castle Workshop.
