MJ Neuberger

MJ Neuberger is a Baltimore-area artist and a former resident artist at Creative Alliance Baltimore. Her work uses ritual, indigenous references, and found or organic materials, including her hair, to address trauma tied to colonial history and to race and gender-based violence. She works in installation, light-based, sculptural, and image-based forms, and also curates the Great Wide Open art/performance series and writes criticism.
