MOLLY MUST

Molly Must is an artist from West Virginia who works in welded steel, installation, paintings, drawings and murals. In 2022 she was a resident at The Steel Yard in Providence, Rhode Island, and during a West Harlem Art Fund residency she made 'Polly's Cradle', an interactive installation shown on Governors Island in New York. The work draws on her Appalachian family's history and the story of her Scots-Irish ancestor Mary 'Polly' Moore.
