Nicki Cherry

Nicki Cherry is a sculptor based in Queens, New York, and Chicago, whose works use fiberglass, concrete, ceramic, and other materials to explore the body as a site of growth, decay, and vulnerability. They received a BA from the University of Chicago in 2014 and an MFA in sculpture from Yale School of Art in 2019. Cherry completed a 2022 International Residency at NARS Foundation in Brooklyn and a 2023 residency at Surf Point Foundation in Maine.
