Nicola Gunn

Nicola Gunn is a Melbourne-based performance artist, writer, director and designer who makes participatory performance, live art and text-based theatre. Her work uses subversive humour to explore the fragility of the human condition. She has toured widely, including to New Zealand, North America and Europe. She was named a Creative Australia Fellow, a designation that multiple pages attribute to the Australia Council; the 2018 resident listing in the Missa entry is not confirmed by any page reviewed. Her other honours include a Churchill Fellowship and a Sidney Myer Fellowship.
