Pauline Lemberger
Pauline Lemberger is a French chef, product designer and entrepreneur based in Brussels. She trained in industrial design at ECAL in Lausanne. In 2015 she co-founded Bouchée Double, a studio that explores food through scenography, photography, design and drawing. She has taken part in two residencies at La Becque, in 2019 and 2023.
