Ping Wang

Ping Wang is a Chinese mixed-media artist based in New York who works across ceramics, sculpture, painting, and digital media. Her work explores identity, migration, womanhood, and cultural alienation. She was a Visual Arts resident at Pioneer Works in Winter-Spring 2025, where she developed the Interdependent Frequencies series combining ceramics with sound, motion, and light. She holds an MFA from Brooklyn College, CUNY, and a BFA from the School of Visual Arts.
