Priss Niinikoski

Priss Niinikoski is a Finnish-French artist who works with textiles beyond soft surfaces, combining them with sound, electronics and code. Her practice examines communication, acoustics, and how risk and uncertainty shape digital and analogue systems. She was a finalist at the Hyères festival in 2022 and received the Johanna Ehrnrooth Prize in 2024. In fall 2024 she held a residency at Villa Filanda Antonini in Treviso, where she created the sound installation 'Automata'.
