Rachel Wright

Rachel Wright is a UK-based visual artist who works mainly in photography, including analogue, cameraless, digital and moving-image forms. Her practice centres on place, ecology and the connections between people and nature, and she specialises in botanical cyanotype toning. She completed a month-long residency at BigCi in the Blue Mountains, Australia, in 2026, where she made cyanotypes using plants foraged from the site. She also works as a socially engaged arts facilitator.
