Rakshita Mittal

Rakshita Mittal is a visual artist who explores the relationships people have with spaces. She has worked as a professional photographer for more than five years. She co-founded the photography and film company Studio Basic. During her residency at Buinho in Messejana, Portugal, she worked with local elderly women on a documentary series called "Through my Kitchen Window," a personal memoir about the women's lives and their roles at home and in professional life.
