Rebecca Chesney

Rebecca Chesney is a visual artist based in Preston, UK, whose installations, drawings, maps, walks and interventions examine how people perceive and shape the land. Her work often looks at politics, ownership, and human impact on nature and the environment. She has been commissioned by institutions including Yorkshire Sculpture Park and the Bronte Parsonage Museum, and she has held residencies at the Nirox Foundation in South Africa and Montalvo Arts Center in California.
