Rick Snyder

Rick Snyder is a poet, translator, and critic who teaches classics at the University of California, Irvine. His poetry collection Here City was published by Parlor Press in 2021. He also wrote Escape from Combray (Ugly Duckling, 2009) and six chapbooks. He holds a Ph.D. in comparative literature from the University of Southern California. His poems, Catullus translations, and essays on poetry and philosophy have appeared in a range of journals.
