Riddhi Shah

Riddhi Shah is a painter who works in gouache, watercolour, gold pigment and walnut stain on Sanganeri paper, often combining painted botanical imagery with cut-paper jaali patterns. She was born in 1987 and trained in painting at M.S. University, Baroda, where she still lives and works. She was a resident at The Last Ship in 2011, the same year she completed her M.V.A.; her other residency listed is Niv Art in Delhi in 2012.
