Rob Carney

Rob Carney is a Utah-based poet originally from Washington state. He teaches English and Literature at Utah Valley University and lives in Salt Lake City. His poetry collections include Weather Report, which won the Utah Book Award for Poetry, and 88 Maps, a Washington State Book Award finalist. He has contributed to Sugar House Review and was featured in its 2025-2026 Microdose series with the chapbook Writing Games.
