Robert Collins

Robert O. Collins was an American historian of East Africa and Sudan who wrote numerous articles and about thirty-five books. He was listed by Missa as a selected author of TSEHAI Publishers. The Wikipedia biography describes him as a historian rather than a TSEHAI-published author in its own text. His Sudan-focused work included advising a southern Sudanese regional government in the early 1970s and working for an oil company in the 1980s. He also testified before a US House committee in 1981.
