Robin Runia

Robin Runia is an Associate Professor of English at Xavier University of Louisiana who researches eighteenth-century women's writing. During a 2022 residency at A Studio in the Woods, she worked on how women writers of the late 1700s portray reading and friendship across political divides. Her honors include an NEH grant for the Maria Edgeworth Letters Project and a Norman C. Francis Faculty Excellence in Research Award.
