Rosa Aiello

Rosa Aiello is an Italian-Canadian artist, filmmaker and writer based in the IASPIS residency programme in Stockholm in autumn 2026. Her work often uses collaborative methods and editing. She works mainly in time-based media, including experimental fiction and documentary films, live performance, architectural installation and photographic series. Her interests include social structures such as the family and the built environment such as architecture and city infrastructure. Her film practice also looks at the conditions of film production and the relationships that form during filmmaking.
