Rosaire Appel

Rosaire Appel is a New York City-based visual composer who uses drawings, photographs and text as raw material for books and installations. Her work is open-ended. Appel is known for asemic writing and visual poetry. Appel was the cover artist for petrichor #30, the magazine's 10th Anniversary issue. Her work has also appeared in Poemeleon, La Vague Journal and other venues. Post-Asemic Press published her book Zinc Zanc Zunc: An Asemic Conjugation, which was re-released in 2018.
