Roxanne Jackson

Roxanne Jackson is a ceramic artist and mixed-media sculptor based in Brooklyn, NY. Her macabre works examine links between transformation, myth, and pop culture with black humor. She has held residencies at institutions including the Bemis Center and Socrates Sculpture Park, and has exhibited in New York, London, Vienna, and elsewhere. She co-founded the NASTY WOMEN exhibition project.
