Sadie Nielsen

Sadie Nielsen is a visual artist and designer who works across acrylic paint, drawing, and textile sculpture. Her work examines human stereotypes and aims to build empathy between groups. She graduated with a BFA from the University of Victoria in 2019. She was artist in residence at Popps Packing in Detroit in fall 2019, where she produced a series of small paintings and hanging fabric sculptures exhibited as 'DEMONS.'
