Sara Pellegrini
Sara Pellegrini is a thinker, designer, activist and cook with a background in architecture. She has spent about 15 years working across Europe and the Levant as an independent researcher, creative director and project manager. She was an artist in residence at IASPIS in Stockholm in autumn 2026, and her work since 2020 has centred on food as a field of critical inquiry.
