Sara Tirelli

Sara Tirelli is a curator and writer based in Malta, working with Blitz Valletta since 2018. She co-founded the institution's online spin-off OPEN with Alexandra Pace in 2020. Earlier she worked on projects for Manifesta and the Carrara sculpture biennale, and contributed regularly to Il Sole 24 ORE. She also makes art with Elena Mazzi, and their work was shown in Blitz Valletta's online exhibition The Eye of the Storm in 2020.
