Sean Fowler

Sean Fowler is a Research Assistant Professor in the Tulane School of Architecture, working as an architectural designer and urbanist. His work centers on urban water issues, public space, and rethinking infrastructure in the face of climate change. In 2025 he was a Scholarly Retreat resident at A Studio in the Woods in Louisiana, where he studied the performance of resilient water and drainage infrastructure in Orleans Parish.
