Shane Charles

Shane Charles is a Maine-born sculptor whose work combines hemlock, steel, cast metal, and breath activation in engineered sculptural forms. Recent projects include Redbird at Open Source Gallery in Brooklyn and Into the Sun at the Portland Museum of Art. The Montello Foundation is among the organizations that have supported the artist.
