Sharia Mayfield

Sharia Mayfield is a lawyer based in Salem, Oregon, who works mainly in employment law. She previously worked as a national security adviser to U.S. Senator Ron Wyden and as a lawyer at the Oregon Department of Justice. She co-wrote Improbable Cause with Brandon Mayfield, published by Divertir Publishing, which tells the story of his 2004 wrongful arrest.
