Shivani Mehta

Shivani Mehta is a poet who writes prose poems. Her debut collection, Useful Information for the Soon-to-Be Beheaded, is published by Press 53. Her work has been featured in Prime Number Magazine, including a Press 53 Spotlight in Issue 211. Her poems have also appeared in or been forthcoming from the Prose Poem Project, Mudfish, and Fjord's Review. A poem of hers placed third in Narrative Magazine's 2011 annual poetry contest.
