Simon Linington

Simon Linington is a British artist born in 1983 on the Isle of Wight. He makes site-specific work from materials and stories gathered in particular places, such as sand, gravel and rock. As the first resident at the Sixi Museum in Nanjing in 2024, he studied the local mountains, rivers and forests and reworked natural materials into artworks. He also lists solo shows, commissions and prize nominations on his own website.
